The best way to celebrate international dog day: puppy yoga!
This video stars Ember my 4 month old Great Dane and features some of my favorite yoga postures. She’s quite the cheerleader for my practice. My sincerest apologies for the lack of presence on social media these last few months, thank you for understanding and sticking with me. As you can imagine the transition into dog motherhood is a bit hectic but I’m happy to be creating again. Expect to see a lot more of this little monster in future videos and posts.
